1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to RECODE Evolution.
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, programs, educational materials, and related offerings available through www.recodeevolution.com.
By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, purchasing a service, enrolling in a program, or otherwise engaging with RECODE Evolution, you agree to comply with the terms applicable to your use of our services.
Please review these terms carefully before making a purchase or completing your enrollment.
2. Services Offered
RECODE Evolution provides personal development programs, individual guidance sessions, educational workshops, and related services designed to support self-awareness, personal growth, and intentional transformation.
Our offerings include the RECODE Evolution Online Group Cohort, private one-on-one programs, Personal Clarity & Guidance Sessions, consultations, workshops, and related educational experiences.
Services may include live online instruction, guided exercises, self-reflection, intuitive guidance, and personal development practices.
Specific program details, scheduling, pricing, and participation requirements are communicated through the applicable service description, consultation, or private enrollment agreement.
RECODE Evolution reserves the right to modify its future services and offerings as the business evolves, subject to existing agreements and applicable law.
3. Eligibility and Enrollment
Our paid services and programs are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
Enrollment in designated RECODE programs requires a personal consultation with Laura El before acceptance.
The consultation provides an opportunity for prospective participants and RECODE Evolution to determine whether the program is an appropriate fit.
Completing a consultation does not guarantee acceptance into a program.
Approved participants may receive a private enrollment link containing the applicable program information and payment arrangements.
Enrollment is confirmed following acceptance, completion of the required payment, and satisfaction of any applicable enrollment requirements.
RECODE Evolution reserves the right to decline enrollment when a prospective participant does not meet the program's participation requirements or when enrollment would be inconsistent with maintaining a respectful and appropriate learning environment.
4. Program Participation
RECODE Evolution offers live online group and private one-on-one programs through Zoom or other designated digital platforms.
Each program has its own structure, instructional format, schedule, and participation requirements.
The group cohort provides an interactive learning experience with other enrolled participants.
The private one-on-one program provides individualized instruction and personal guidance directly with Laura El.
The specific services included in each enrollment are described in the applicable program information provided before purchase.
Participation in a program does not entitle an individual to additional sessions, private instruction, unlimited access to Laura, or services outside the selected enrollment package unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
Participants are responsible for reviewing their program information and making arrangements to attend their scheduled sessions.
5. Pricing and Payment Terms
Pricing for RECODE Evolution programs, individual guidance sessions, workshops, and related services is subject to change.
Current pricing, promotional offers, discounts, and payment arrangements are communicated through the applicable service description, consultation, or private enrollment process.
RECODE Evolution may offer different pricing arrangements for designated programs or individual participants at its discretion.
Any promotional pricing or discount applies only to the specific offer and purchase for which it is provided.
Changes in pricing do not automatically entitle previously enrolled participants to a price adjustment or refund.
Program enrollment requires payment according to the terms presented and accepted before purchase.
All applicable charges will be disclosed before payment is completed.
Any changes to the financial terms of an existing enrollment require an appropriate agreement between the parties.
6. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final.
RECODE Evolution provides specialized educational programs, personal guidance, and proprietary instructional materials that may become accessible following enrollment or purchase.
When a participant completes enrollment, RECODE Evolution allocates program resources, instructional availability, and access to its educational experience.
By completing a purchase, the participant acknowledges the financial commitment associated with the selected service or program.
Except where otherwise expressly agreed upon in writing or required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable.
Voluntary withdrawal, changes in personal circumstances, missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction with personal progress, or a decision to discontinue participation do not automatically qualify a participant for a refund.
Participants are responsible for reviewing the applicable program description, schedule, participation requirements, and financial commitment before completing enrollment.
Once an enrollment has been confirmed, a participant's decision to discontinue participation does not cancel the completed purchase or create an entitlement to reimbursement.
This final-sale policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
7. Appointment and Program Scheduling
RECODE Evolution provides scheduled appointments, consultations, and educational programs according to the availability and arrangements communicated at the time of booking or enrollment.
Participants are responsible for attending their scheduled sessions and providing accurate contact information.
If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled session, they should notify RECODE Evolution as soon as reasonably possible.
Requests to reschedule are subject to instructor availability and the specific scheduling arrangements applicable to the purchased service.
Group program makeup sessions may be coordinated with other participants who need to review the same material.
The availability and timing of makeup sessions depend on mutually agreed scheduling and instructor availability.
Individual makeup sessions are not automatically included in group program enrollment.
Missing a scheduled session does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund or additional individual instruction.
Any additional scheduling arrangements remain subject to the terms of the selected program.
8. Program Changes or Cancellation by RECODE Evolution
RECODE Evolution reserves the right to make reasonable scheduling adjustments when necessary due to instructor availability, technical difficulties, unforeseen circumstances, or other operational requirements.
When a scheduled session must be changed, affected participants will be notified and provided with updated information or appropriate alternative arrangements.
If RECODE Evolution is unable to deliver a purchased program or must make a material change to the agreed services, affected participants will be informed of the available options.
Any applicable refund or other remedy will be determined according to the circumstances, the participant's enrollment agreement, and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions eliminates a customer's legal rights concerning services that are not delivered as agreed.
9. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Information
All original content, instructional materials, educational frameworks, methods, exercises, workbooks, presentations, videos, graphics, logos, and other proprietary materials associated with RECODE Evolution remain the intellectual property of RECODE Evolution or their respective rights holders.
These materials are provided exclusively for the personal educational use of authorized participants.
Enrollment does not transfer ownership of RECODE Evolution's intellectual property to the participant.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, upload, license, or commercially exploit proprietary program materials without prior written authorization.
Participants may not share restricted program materials, private enrollment links, instructional content, or access credentials with unauthorized individuals.
Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of proprietary content is prohibited.
RECODE Evolution reserves the right to take appropriate action to protect its intellectual property and enforce its rights under applicable law.
Participants remain free to apply the personal knowledge, understanding, and skills developed through their participation.
10. Recording and Confidentiality
RECODE Evolution may record certain online sessions for internal educational, administrative, or program development purposes.
Participants will be informed of applicable recording arrangements, and any consent required by law will be obtained.
Program recordings are not routinely distributed to participants and remain under the control of RECODE Evolution.
Participants may not independently record, livestream, publish, or distribute program sessions without prior authorization and any required consent.
Private one-on-one sessions are intended to provide an individualized environment between Laura El and the enrolled participant.
Group participants are expected to respect the privacy and personal experiences of other participants.
Information voluntarily shared by other individuals during group sessions must not be disclosed outside the program without their permission.
Although RECODE Evolution establishes confidentiality expectations, it cannot guarantee the actions of every individual participating in a group environment.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
11. Participant Conduct
RECODE Evolution is committed to maintaining a respectful, supportive, and professional learning environment.
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with Laura El, other participants, and the RECODE Evolution team.
Harassment, threats, unauthorized distribution of program materials, repeated disruptions, or conduct that interferes with the program experience may result in restrictions on participation.
RECODE Evolution reserves the right to address inappropriate conduct and, when necessary, discontinue a participant's access to protect the integrity of the program and the experience of others.
Any resulting financial obligations or remedies will be determined according to the circumstances, the applicable enrollment agreement, and governing law.
12. Personal Responsibility and Program Outcomes
RECODE Evolution provides educational instruction, personal development guidance, and opportunities for self-reflection and personal growth.
Participants are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and application of the principles discussed during sessions.
Individual experiences and outcomes may vary depending on personal circumstances, participation, and other factors.
RECODE Evolution does not guarantee specific personal, professional, financial, emotional, relationship, or other transformation outcomes.
Participation in a program does not guarantee that an individual will achieve a particular result within a specified period.
Participants are encouraged to exercise independent judgment when applying information or guidance received through our services.
13. Professional Services Disclaimer
RECODE Evolution provides personal development instruction, educational experiences, and individual guidance.
Our programs and services are not intended to replace medical care, mental health treatment, legal representation, financial planning, or other services provided by licensed professionals.
Participation in RECODE Evolution does not establish a physician-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, or other licensed professional relationship.
Participants should consult an appropriately qualified professional when they require advice or treatment within a regulated professional field.
RECODE Evolution does not diagnose medical or mental health conditions, prescribe treatment, or represent its personal development programs as a cure for any condition.
14. Website Content and Third-Party Services
