There was a time when I was afraid to speak up, didn’t know how to set boundaries, and questioned myself before I even gave myself a chance.

 

Today, I stand behind my voice and my work. Do I still get scared? Absolutely. Fear just doesn’t get to make every damn decision anymore.

 

That change is part of how ReCode Evolution came to life.

I’m Laura El, the reader, guide, and consultant. My husband, Misanti, handles the marketing. We wanted to build something that gave us the freedom to travel, be with our family, and do work we believed in. We didn’t want to keep asking permission to live our lives.

 

It started with crystals and a reason to move.

 

When my son moved to Arizona, I started looking for something I could take on the road. I began selling crystals online through live videos. Those lives turned into readings, and people started coming back telling me what was changing in their lives.

The work grew. So did we.

 

What began as Majica became ReCode Evolution as I connected my spiritual understanding to how I actually lived.

 

Because I believe Spirit leaves signs, clues, and synchronicities. But we also have decisions to make, boundaries to set, relationships to navigate, and bills to pay. What do we DO with what we’re receiving? How do we bring that awareness into the way we live?

 

That’s the connection at the heart of ReCode.

 

We’re practicing what we teach.

 

Misanti has seen this work make a difference in himself, in his daughter, and in others. That’s personal. It’s why he believes in what we’re building.

 

Together, we’ve had to learn trust, patience, and perseverance. And yes, we’re still practicing. Spend a day with us and you might ask, “Are they arguing or competing?” We’ll probably already be laughing about something else. 😂 The love shows through, and sometimes one look between us says everything.

 

You can bring your whole self here. You do not have to share my beliefs. You can have questions. You can be unsure. You can be confident in one part of your life and have no idea what you’re doing in another.

 

When you come to me, I hold space for what comes up. I’m not going to tell you what you’re supposed to feel or rush you through it because we had something else planned.

 

We work with what’s there.

 

I’ll ask questions, share what I’m receiving, and help you look at the patterns showing up in your life. We can laugh and still get deep. You can feel what you feel and take time to process it.
